I / We agree to the following *

I/We acknowledge there is a one-time application fee of $50 per child at the time this application is submitted.
I/We acknowledge that the academic year tuition installment amount is divided equally into nine (9) monthly payments beginning September 1, 2024 through May 1, 2025 for the 2024-2025 school year. Tuition will be collected on the first of every month during that period. No allowances will be made for absences due to illness, disability or vacation.
I/We acknowledge that once my child has been accepted into Norbeck Montessori, we will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable $150.00 security/maintenance fee for each newly enrolled family.
I/We acknowledge that once my child has been accepted into Norbeck Montessori, I/we will be required to submit a full month's tuition payment based on the program in which my child is enrolled. I understand that this payment/deposit is non-refundable, regardless of early withdrawal. This payment/deposit will be applied to the final installment payment of the tuition.
